Inspired by a similar piece on John Baskerville's Baskerville which I can't find and a previous piece I did on the Liberation family.
Most of the information was drawn from various books, in particular "The Elements of Typographic Style" (version 3.1) by Robert Bringhurst. See pp 221. Apologies for the large size — it was the only way I could accommodate the content and hopefully do justice to Caslon's work. Full-view essential. Enjoy. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
